We'll start with a quick, simplified version of the finished product. This prototype could be built using any of a huge number of technologies, but we've narrowed the list down to a few that promote rapid development process, scalability, and robustness.

The benefits of a prototype are innumerable. Nothing clarifies the intricacies of a software design than a usable example. This version of the software will grow rapidly into a finished product through an iterative, interactive development process.
